OUR PRODUCTION UNIT

Raw Material Yard
Our Raw Material Inventory makes sure that we always have available various types, sizes and grades of raw material in sufficient quantity for regular production as well as for contingency requirements.

Cutting shop
The Cutting Shop is equipped with Bandsaw Cutting Machines and Hacksaw Cutting Machines for Cold Cutting. We also have Gas Cutting Machines for Hot Cutting. Cold Cutting preserves the properties of the raw material. 

Forge shop
We are equipped with a range of hammers, which enables us to forge single piece weighing up to 5,000 kgs. This unit is adequately equipped with support facilities such as handling equipment and heating furnaces.

Rough / Proof Machine Shop
Ghaziabad Ispat Udyog boasts of a very large Machine Shop equipped with Lathe Machines, Shapers, Planars, Drilling Machines, Vertical Lathes, Milling Machines, Boring Machines, etc. for rough machining.

Heat Treatment Plant
Heat treatment is decisive in obtaining the required quality of products. This department is well equipped with furnaces, which are capable of solution annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and stress relieving.

Finish / CNC Machine Shop
Ghaziabad Ispat Udyog boasts of an ultra-modern machine shop equipped with a comprehensive range of CNC lathes, drill machines and other allied machines for finish machining. Our Grinders help us to finish machine our products to minimal tolerance.

We have in-house captive power back up, which makes sure that in case of power supply failure, the production does not stop for any moment.
