- Flanges of special type made according to drawing
depending upon the purpose.
Applications:
- Blind Flanges
These are usually used to stop one end of the flanged pipe, a valve orifice or the opening of a pressure vessel. - Slip on Flanges
Used in quick assembly to save the cost, these are also used in less strict requirements in terms of length of pipe section. - Socket Welding Flanges
Recommended for orifice flanges. These work as substitute for slip-on-flanges in the cases where the diameter of the tube is very small and working pressure is very high. - Lap joint Flanges
These are primarily used when quick assembly and disassembly of pipe line section is required under limited working pressure. - Threaded Flanges
These flanges are used in special requirements to work under high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the assembly. - Weld Neck Flanges
These are mainly used on heat coupling of pipes when there is possibility of expansion of the section while bending stress on the coupling.
